If you are arriving to or departing from Moscow using one of its international airports (Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo or Vnukovo) and if you wish to avoid traffic jams, we are pleased to offer you Aeroexpress tickets with your flight booking at almost the same price as Aeroexpress ticket offices do.

Aeroexpress tickets are only available together with flight tickets. Upon completing your purchase, please print your tickets to present them to a controller when boarding the Aeroexpress, or scan the embedded QR-code at turnstiles at the airport entrance.

Please note that if you decide to cancel your order, Aeroexpress tickets are non-refundable (see Regulations of passenger transportation, par. 2.7 ). Reliable protection against unforeseen situations during the flight will cost 150 rubles for a one-way flight, or 240 rubles — for a return trip.

Extra insurance can be aquired only in addition to an air ticket when booking one on our site. Once we receive the payment for your order, the on-line system of AlfaStrakhovanie will generate insurance policies for each passenger in the order, which will then be sent to the e-mail address you entered when booking. Please print the policy and keep it until the end of your trip.

It is important that with a voluntary or involuntary change of flight dates (or ticket exchange) the insurance contract will be automatically changed in accordance with the new flight data. In case of ticket refund, full refund of the insurance policy is only possible before the flight and is performed automatically when you request a refund of the tickets. Upon termination of an insurance contract concluded with a return ticket after the start of the first flight, the premium is non-refundable. If you need to cancel the insurance without cancelling the entire order, please contact our Customer Support Service, and our girls will be happy to help in resolving this issue.
